CyRiv collects and maintains information from existing and prospective customers
for billing purposes, for communicating with you in the course of ordinary
business, and for validation purposes when logging onto our website. Your
information will never be shared with any third party, unless we are required
to do so under a court order. Though we make every effort to ensure your
privacy, we may be required to disclose your information if required by law or
when we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a judicial
proceeding, a court order, or a legal process served on us.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information
about the user. We use session ID cookies so that users will not have to log in
a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Once users
close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. If users reject the cookie,
they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be
limited in some areas of our site.
